Directed by and starring Rebel Wilson (Bridesmaids, Pitch Perfect), and featuring some of Australia’s biggest on-screen talent including Shane Jacobson (Kenny, Ladies In Black), Tara Morice (Strictly Ballroom), as well as break out stars Natalie Abbott and Charlotte MacInnes.
Country girl Taylah embraces her wildly outspoken feminist inner-city cousin Maeve after Maeve is banished to the Outback town of Dunburn following a social media protest at her elite school. Amidst a clash of two very different cultures, the two girls set about trying to revolutionise Dunburn’s annual Debutante Ball to bring it screaming, singing and swearing ferociously into the 21st Century.
